Thomas Jefferson had not been one of those founding fathers who had promoted/encouraged slaves to be used. This is because the meaning of freedom, equality and liberty for Thomas Jefferson had been to abolish and get rid of all kinds of slavery/bondage of citizens living in America (Jefferson, 2019). The creation of every human being had been considered by Thomas Jefferson to be important for the other founding fathers to understand. This is because there had been other founding fathers who had been against abolition of slavery and therefore had not supported Jefferson. According to Thomas Jefferson, equality has been shown by God in the way in which every human being has been given life to be born (Jefferson, 2019).
